For whatever reason I get all the arts-and-crafts projects around here

Repositionable film? Not as repositionable as advertised.

One of my other bosses asked me to laminate a sign he'd printed, because Boss apparently talked up my Mad Skillz. I ended up clumsily getting the corner of the film stuck to the paper while I was peeling the backing off of the adhesive side, but I figured, "It's okay, it's repositionable! I can reposition it and all will be well!" NOT SO.

It's okay, though, because there was a tiny aesthetic-typographical thing that my boss wanted to fix, so he's happy now, and the new sign is made and shiny.

Adhering entire sheets of paper together is a nightmare, though. Especially when your primary tools are a glue stick and "repositionable" film. They're not quite properly aligned, although it's not that noticeable. Now, off to the paper cutter, to trim the excess film!
