seagull in flight, because flight is perhaps the most awesome thing ever.

Yeah.... I went whale watching with a group put together by the UCLA Outdoor Adventures program. We saw FOUR SEPARATE WHALES!!! Grey whales, they're migrating right now, the boat left from Dana Point and it was AWESOME. And then later we had a barbecue at the beach and I photographed seagulls, especially seagulls flying because the mechanics of flight are just SO COOL.

Oh, and since I'm figuring out this whole posting pictures on LJ thing, I'll probably go back and post some of the stuff I said I would a long long time ago eh
