Anyway. I have to agree with you, as I found HBP to be really rough around the edges, as if major bits had been left out in her hurry to write the book. There were lots of spots where I felt something had been really missing to lead up to the formations of certain relationships, B/F and R/T being the biggest. And yeah, the scene in the infirmary was really, really weird.
I have to admit that I'd almost lost my interest in the fandom between OotP and HBP, as they both felt "off" somehow, but thankfully DH revived my love for the series. Thankfully the spunky Tonks from OotP returned for this book, and it was interesting to see that my suspicions about Snape were correct.
That, and this whole business made me realize how much I miss geeking with you about HP. Now that there's not going to be anymore books coming out, what're we going to do? ;; 0 ;;
