HPatHBP: The Film

No spoilers, but I can say with total conviction that this is perhaps the strongest of the films so far. (Except for the last 15 or so minutes, which had an unfortunate attack of Weak Storytelling...) It helps that the Trio are no longer child actors, but simply Actors -- I think that went a long way toward making me happy about this movie. And I quite liked the score, as well! And it makes me smile that Dan Radcliffe is still short-to-middling, while Rupert Grint and Bonnie Wright (for a girl who is also two years younger than everyone else) and especially Tom Felton are Quite Tall. (According to IMDB, Felton is 6'1"? Eeeeee. :) He's rather delectable in all the black-on-black suits.)

Anyway. There might be pictures to come of my "Evil has cute hair" photo shoot, which happened after I got back to my apartment at nearly 5 ayemme.

I wish collars on girl shirts had buttons to keep the points in place. Although, actually... is that considered lame on boy shirts? I don't want to be lame. I want to be classy. Hmm.

This temporary tattoo looked vivid and real for about a week. AWESOME AWESOME

I really wanted a tie pin but all the ones my daddy had are gold-coloured and that would have looked tacky. So instead my tie flopped around everywhere. *sigh*

I only wore the cloak for about 10 minutes because, well, July. It was hot.


Evil has hot shoes. Mum laughed at me when she saw them. I was a little hurt.


Evil has cute hair. It was considerably less curly and frizzy at the beginning of the evening, but eh. Also, evil makes unattractive faces at the camera.


Ooh, hair is cuter in the pic with glasses. Also, I am a h0r for my glasses. <3

ugh. I"ve been out of the livejournal loop for awhile because i've been too lazy to figure out my password that was stored but lost. um. YES. Agreed. give me photos. um. She's so talll! and... ugh. I want it all to happen for real. fa;lkjfasd;jfasdjfadl.

ALso, i"m sorry I didn't call on your birthday. I don't know why I don't think about calling. I thought about you uber on your birthday. and I told at least 3 or 4 people that it was your birthday. which is kind of funny, especially because 3 of those 4 have never met you.

It was fun! Well, I actually did a lot of things that were stupid, like locking myself out of my apartment... and forgetting that my car was not the one that could get out of the tandem parking spot... and letting the batteries in my alarm clock die and oversleeping, although that was not really my fault. But I had a good time celebrating with friends the night before, and with family the day of, so it was good!

Actually, I was thinking about it and it's really quite fortunate for the movies that Radcliffe is still short, because Harry never gets that tall, either, does he?
