so i was under the impression that my computer and i were on Good Terms again.

o how wrong i was.

it wouldn't restart. then it wouldn't log me in.

and finally, as an act of defiance, Safari turned against me and somehow reset itself and my dock. I have tried to reconstruct my dock, but it doesn't feel right. and bookmarks will take much longer to rebuild.

damn you, technology, damn you and your wily ways.
