Cocktails with Gin

p.s. Watched the Grammys with Roomie & friends when I got home last night. I would totally have Thom Yorke's babies. All of Radiohead, really. (Even if they did use That Other School's marching band in the awards show.) Katy Perry... not so much. I mean... the woman is NOT a good performer. I would have maybe been okay with it if her show were sexy in any way but no, it was not. It was just Bad. Sad times, Katy Perry. But also, Justin Timberlake, for all I disparaged him in middle school and high school, is good at what he does and I respect that. Roomie says, "I would let him have my babies," and I am inclined to agree.

AGH.

Flatmate has taken to using coffee filters to put snacks in, which I'm really Not Okay With since they are my filters for my coffee maker and I'd like to use them for their intended purpose and btw we do have small bowls and napkins and such for putting snacks in. Just now, though, she grabbed one while I was in the kitchen and was all, "I like using these to put snacks in! :D" and I froze like a deer in headlights. I mean, what was I supposed to say? "Pls don't actually >:c"? And now that I've not said anything about it and am seething (just a little), is there anything I can do to keep this from continuing? Seriously. I'm not pleased about this. MY COFFEE FILTERS ARE NOT FOR PUTTING COOKIES IN DAMN IT.

Also: the three of us finally had the no-trash-in-the-sink conversation... but there keep being strawberry tops and pineapple cores and plastic scraps in the sink and I am unhappy about this as well. >:c
